San Luis Obispo County has been designated as a Recycling Market Development Zone (RMDZ). Your business may be eligible for a RMDZ loan if you are manufacturing with material that would otherwise go into the landfill or if you are considering using recycled materials to make a product.
Loans come directly from the CalRecycle and can be up to $2,000,000, funding up to 75% of a project’s cost for machinery and equipment, working capital, land and refinancing of current debt.
