TIMELINE:
January 23, 2025: RFP Release Date
January 31, 2025: Deadline to submit written questions due by 12:00 PM (PST)
February 7, 2025: Proposals due by 12:00 PM (PST)
February 10, 2025: Preliminary screening process complete, inlcuding reference checks
February 13, 2025: Board consideration and approval of staff recommended Contractor (including proposer presentation, if requested)
February 18, 2025: Negiotate and finalize contract
February 20, 2025: IWMA Board President signs contract (if applicable)
